For general managers & boards
Turn your club into a summer family tradition.
A traditional day camp, run entirely by KE Camps, on your grounds. Members get the amenity they ask for most. You get retention, family engagement and zero operational lift.
Bringing our camp to you
And we handle everything.
Our goal is to bring our traditionally-inspired day camp program to your country club and provide the most memorable experience possible. Camp success is secured by a highly qualified professional staff, attentive to the needs of each child, their parents, and club personnel.
How a partnership works
From first call to first day of camp
We must know you’d like to run a camp by March 1 for the coming summer. Everything after that is on us.
A conversation about your club
We look at your facilities, calendar and membership and shape a camp that fits: dates, weeks, pricing and whether guests or non-members may attend.
Agreement & planning
Decision deadline for the upcoming summer. Later than this is detrimental to staffing and planning, so we hold the line.
Staffing, marketing, registration
We hire and train your Camp Director and counselors, produce marketing materials for members, and open online registration.
Camp runs. You get reports.
Our team is on-site daily and in regular contact with yours. Enrollment reports as often as you like, plus a live registration link.

Club FAQs
The questions every board asks
These are general in nature; we pride ourselves on customizing the program to each club.
Our club already has a golf camp, tennis camp and/or swim team. Would these still operate if we added a KE Camps camp?
Absolutely. Our programs are designed to enhance the club’s existing programs by introducing golf and tennis to children for the first time. This leads to increased participation and interest throughout the year. We can be flexible in our daily schedule to accommodate children who would like to participate in both the club’s swim team and our camp.
How will a KE Camps camp impact our other club operations?
Camp is meant to enhance the environment at your club, not compete with it. The KE Camps staff will be in regular communication with your in-house team regarding camp logistics and scheduling. It is the goal of KE Camps to blend seamlessly with your club.
We are closed on Mondays. Can our camp still run five days a week?
Yes. We can still use the club’s facilities in coordination with club management. Being open five days a week allows working families to attend without searching for a different Monday option, which increases enrollment. If limited Monday use is not possible, we operate a Tuesday–Friday camp instead.
Is the camp open to members only, or can guests and non-members attend?
This is the club’s option. To maximize enrollment and exposure to your club, we recommend that guests and/or non-members be allowed to attend. This is a great way to boost membership by exposing your club as family-friendly.
How do we come up with the pricing structure and dates for camp?
These decisions are based on area demographics and the local school calendar.
Who are you hiring to work at camp?
All of our Camp Directors are local teachers, educators or professionals with extensive experience working with children. Counselors are energetic, passionate and often studying elementary education. Every staff member goes through 2–3 interview rounds, three reference checks, a background check and sex offender check, training in child abuse prevention and reporting, CPR and First Aid certification, and a pre-camp training.
When will my club receive the insurance ACORD certificate naming us as additionally insured?
Our insurance policy renews annually at the end of May and clubs receive the ACORD certificate prior to the first day of camp.
How late in the season will KE Camps take on new club partnerships?
We must know that you would like to use our services by March 1. Deciding any later is detrimental to the potential success of camp, as it is late in the season for staffing and planning.
